Charge 3 clock face and heart rate issues

Can't change clock face and heart rate doesn't change on phone. Have restarted. All the notifications all ready toggled on. Restarted Fitbit and have had a million smiley faces. Charge 3 is just poorly designed. The fist one didn't make it a month or two. My charge 2 was by far better.

Thanks for troubleshooting the issues you are experiencing with your Charge 3. Is it working properly now? What steps have you tried besides the restart process?.
