Charge 3 clock lost 2 hours and it won't sync

The clock has suddenly lost 2 hours- and now my charge 3 won’t sync to update.

Hi @JoFish65, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't sync and the time lost 2 hours. The clock issue is due to the syncing problem.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, sync your tracker and see if the time gets corrected.

Hi.

I have tried all the troubleshooting options including reboot, recharge,
force quitting the app, closing down my iPhone and turning it back on,
deleting the app and reinstalling.

Nothing is working. The clock is now at 08.16am,

The app cannot fine my Charge 3, it says it is connecting and then the
wheel just spins round- literally for hours.

I’ve been on 3 of your live chats, and no one can help.

I think the device is broken
