Yesterday my Charge 3 was off by 10 minutes and today it is 20 minutes slow. It also won’t sync with my iPhone 11. It also has vertical lines across the display which appeared about a month ago. It just got it in December for a holiday gift. I’ve tried rebooting the fitbit, turning on and off my Bluetooth, starting and restarting the app, fiddling with the automatic time zone setting on my phone- nothing works. Any help is appreciated.
