@Lou1969 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are having while changing clock faces. Thanks for sharing all the details about this.

Fitbit is currently working to resolve this and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.

In the meantime, I'd recommend performing a restart on your Charge 3. Then, try to change the clock face once again.

Keep me posted!

I've been trying to change my clock face for two days. I've rebooted my charge 3, tried to chaget while it was charging and while away from the charger It still says problem, try again later after 15 minutes of attempting to download the new face

Updating my IOS did not help me. I updated it last evening, but am still getting errors trying to download another clock face. I even tried multiple faces, thinking that one might have been corrupt, but it won’t upload any.

AndyCK as soon as I updated my Fitbit app on my iPhone my clockface on my Charge 3 updated.  So not the iOS update itself, but the Apple Fitbit app.  I just went into AppStore updates and sure enough, my Fitbit app needed updated.

WorkingMom80, my fitbit app didn’t have an update available until this morning, but since I updated it, my watchface downloaded.

Thanks!

Thanks the re-start suggestion worked. When I came back from health club I noticed I couldn't swipe to look at my work totals. I thought that battery was low so I charged it. When I got back from work problems was still there. I looked up the trouble shooting and went to community. Back on track.

Android phone. Same problem. Been trying to get any clock face for weeks. I’ve been walking around with the “Clock error Go to the Fitbit app and try another clock” lighting up. I tried all clock faces and rebooting/reinstalling app/updating. It updates stats, but tells me it’s not connected.  Today, I noticed that it changed/deleted my exercise shortcuts. No hikes, but 3 pilates! I’m so disappointed with the Charge 3 and will probably send it back and stick with Charge 2.

I got the Fitbit Charge 3 in December and I tried changing the clockface. It worked once. Then I tried to change it back to what I had and the "not finished installing" message keeps coming up on my app. I can't stop it from installing. I have tried re-setting my Fitbit. I have removed the Fitbit from the app and re-installed it in the app. Nothing seems to work.

Any help is appreciated.
