Hello, I also had this problem. At the beginning, black lines appeared on the screen, then the screen turned completely black and never responded to pressure, whether on the screen or the sides, and now a new problem appeared, the watch is constantly pulsing and it is black. My Fitbit Charge 3 watch

I haven't got an answer yet. My watch is not working forever and I tried to charge it but it was useless and I also deleted my account by mistake in the Fitbit app and now I can never sync it

So far, my problem has not been resolved. My problem started with black lines appearing on the screen of my Fitbit Charge 3 watch, then a day later the watch went off and did not work at all even when connected to the charger and tried to restart it and other solutions , then days later the watch suddenly worked, but half of the screen was black and half The other is black lines and I changed the screen and the lines did not go and I reset the clock and also the black lines did not go. I contacted you on e-mail and on Twitter, but my problem was not resolved.
