My current Charge 3 is 13 months old, and has stopped doing various operations that it used to ie. not syncing, unable to find device, the time being incorrect, number of steps done not matching active hours,recording sleep, reminders to move etc. Having read through various posts on here, it would appear that I am not the only one who is experiencing this issue. On Friday I went to the retailer the Charge was purchased from and they contacted Fitbit via phone and we tried various options resetting etc. It did finally sync ( but only once!). The guy I was chatting to said they were aware that there was a problem and he gave me a case number. My Fitbit had been working perfectly until there was an update last week sometime and since then really there has been not much point wearing something that is not doing the things it is supposed to do. Come on guys get it sorted or you may lose a few customers to the opposition (myself included!!)
