I got new fitbit few weeks ago to replace my old one. But the daily steps on the app do not match actual.steps taken from fitbit. It does update overnight and matches the next morning. But throughout the day it is thousands over true steps taken. I've tried to sync but is still wrong until the next day. When I added this new fitbit I did as a replacement since my prior one was also a Charge 3.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that you have synced your Charge 3 in order to match its steps with steps that show on the app @Ammawb.
