Charge 3 dark screen and stopped vibrating

Hi, I have been here before, possibly 18 months you may or may not remember.

 

I am having the exact same problems with my fitbit  and can not read the screen, especially outside.  Totally useless, are you able to help.

 

Plus it's stop vibrating messages or milestones

Thanks for getting back to us @ChrissyX and for the heads up @Odyssey13. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 screen is dim and that it's no longer vibrating. 

 

To fix these issues I would recommend restarting your tracker:

You can restart your tracker from your wrist. Open the Settings app and tap: About:  Reboot Device.

 

If your Charge series tracker is unresponsive: .

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
