Hi, my Fitbit charge 3 lost data yesterday between 10.30 and 11am. I have tried logging out and in again, updating the app and restarting phone. It still hasn’t appeared, is this a Fitbit network issue? I got in touch with customer support and they had my latest stats, it just isn’t appearing on my app.

Sorry to hear that your data wasn't saved on your account and thank you for reaching out to our Support team for assistance. What type of data are you talking about (a run, swim session or something else)? If the data wasn't saved then most likely it won't show but you can manually log an activity to have a record on your account.
