2 days ago my charge 3 suddenly draining its battery at speed of 1% per 3 minutes pace.
I freaked out and follow the steps on the forum, to fully chrage it, and restart my charge 3 a few times.
yesterday it was doing slightly better, my battery (fuill 100% charged) could last me half day - without full sync.
this morning I left it to charge, but after the whole day, it is still dead, and no longer boots up. checked on my fitbit app in iphone, it no longer detects charge 3 = completely ran out of battery despite it has been on the charger for the whole day.
This charge is bought on 19/11/2019. its not even 2 years yet.
