Charge 3 delayed phone calls

My charge 3 does not notify me in real time when my phone rings. It usually notifies me about 15 minutes after the fact. 

I'm running an updated version of the app (13 Oct) and the problem is not because my Bluetooth is not in range. The phone can be sitting right next to me when it rings and my watch doesn't respond. Then 15 mins or however long later, with my phone still close by, my watch starts vibrating saying incoming call. Then I get a missed call notification on my watch.

I'm getting notifications for emails and texts in real time and phone call notifications are enabled because I do get them eventually.

Hi @PurpleKate, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the call notifications are delayed. I totally understand how you feel about this.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the call notifications are not delayed.

Thank you Juan for following up.  I've read the article and tried step 2 numbers 1-7.  Step 1 I'd already done.    I asked someone to call me to test once I'd done it and it has worked this time.  Hopefully it will continue to keep up.  Thanks for your help.
