Charge 3 developed white lines on screen

My charge 3 has suddenly developed these vertical white lines running down the screen. I can no longer swipe up or to the side either, though tapping the screen still seems to work. I've tried a reboot (hold button for 8 seconds) but no change. I also tried changing the clock face, but that didn't help either.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Let customer service know. They’ll ask you where and when you got it (ballpark answers worked for me) and send you a new one. I had mine within a week.

If your fitbit is less than a year old, fitbit will replace it. If it is older, still contact them...you never know. I have found them to be very supportive.

My Fitbit is doing the same. I’ve had it for just under a year. I’ve never put it in water or caused any damage to it and today after charging these lines appeared. I rebooted but nothing changed.

This issue was solved over a year ago. For some reason it keeps popping up. All is good. Wish I could delete the post
