Charge 3 developed white lines on screen

My charge 3 has suddenly developed these vertical white lines running down the screen. I can no longer swipe up or to the side either, though tapping the screen still seems to work. I've tried a reboot (hold button for 8 seconds) but no change. I also tried changing the clock face, but that didn't help either.

 

Does anyone have any other ideas?

I got my charge 3 for Christmas and have not swam with it. Have kept it cleaned daily and it is having the same issue, just developed out of the blue. Please help.

Hi I got my charge 3 from my sons for Christmas and after charging it yesterday it has white lines on screen have tried changing the clock face but is still the same

My Charge 3 has the white lines as well as a jumping screen. White lines came first the a week later started jumping. i have tried the reset to fix with no luck. Please help.

They sent me a new Fitbit. Send a help message to the company. They will
have you take a picture of your Fitbit with a code they give you and in
turn send you a new one. They will have you turn it off and on, update it
and whatnot. It won’t work. So just hang tight for a week and you’ll get
sent a new one.

I had this exact same issue happen right after a shower it was basically dead and needed charging I thought for the a while I caused the issue, glad to see it’s not just me, also huge thanks to Fitbit’s Customer service for helping me get my replacement without any hassle at all!

The same has been happening to me. I've tried changing the clock face, rebooting it, charging it and nothing has happened. Plz can somebody help me fix this issue.

There is no fixing it, fitbit will replace the unit.

Fitbit will have you (1) reset your device while charging, if it doesn't
work, they will (2) have you take a picture of the lines on your device
with a note of your name, date and product number, then (3) send you a
replacement and you send yours back.

That's how mine resolved. Be patient and expect it to be a process of
message and reply that takes a few days. If your case is like mine, you
will get a replacement.

My screen has been showing feint lines for sometime now, as they got no worse I ignored them.

Suddenly the screen is almost illegible and despite reboots, hard restarts plus changing the clock face it is still the same. Nothing seems to improve the situation. 
How do I contact Fitbit regarding this?

Call customer service it is your fastest route of replacement, which is
your only fix.
