Charge 3 will not stay on after removing from charge cable. When I put it on charger a smile pops on screen and then I can use it. The app says it is fully charged after it syncs but there is a flashing battery on the device screen. The device will not charge no matter what port i use (wall/computer). As soon as I take it off it acts like it’s dead I have reset the device while it was on the charger according to troubleshooting forum. I followed all for "Why isnt' my Fitbit device's battery charging?" I have also followed steps to update the device with the app open and on all day sync. Nothing has worked. Had this less than 1 year.
