Charge 3 didn't provide sleep score data

Last night, both my husbands and my own sleep information was recorded with all the breakdown of types of sleep, but no sleep score. Does anyone know what happened and how I can fix this?

Hi @YBRanch, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that you and your husband didn't receive sleep score information from your Charge 3.

 

Please restart your Fitbit trackers as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep score.

 

Finally, monitor your trackers and see if the they track your sleep score information properly.

I'm not sure how it finally updated, but when I checked it that night the sleep score was there. Thanks for your help!
