I'm not sure why but my sleep wasn't tracked. Syncing didn't resolve, docking and resetting didn't resolve. Any suggestions?

It's great to see you around, @AntoniaMaria.

Thanks for troubleshooting this sleep issue. If your Charge 3 isn't registering your sleep information, I recommend following these steps:

  1. Manually sync the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the Fitbit on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in the help article: How do I change my sleep history?

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Thanks for the suggestions!
For some reason, my sleep registered when I restarted the computer after work. That's sort of like a hard restart, I guess.
AT any rate, I'm one of those virtually ambidextrous people (born left-handed, taught right-handed), so non-dominant is rather difficult.  My fitbit is on the left side during the day since I generally write right-handed and on the right at night so I don't develop a rash.
Sleep tracking is really important to me so I was glad to see it appear.
Thanks again!
