Charge 3 didn't sync my active minutes

When I finished my walk my active minutes showed as 184 and my calorie burn was higher but by the evening the minute were 0 and my calorie output reduced. Please can you advise?

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your active minutes information? How are you registering your activities? Which activity were you doing to earn active minutes? Are you able to see the rest of your information?.
