Charge 3 died and won't charge

My charge 3 suddenly had a depleted battery and would not take a charge. I restarted it on the charger, thru the tracker, switched charging cords, cleaned the charging contacts and nothing, the tracker ended up dying. 

 

I reached out for support, but was told that since my charge 3 has already been replaced (the old one got super hot when charging) that there is nothing they can do. This tracker is literally 2 months old. This is obviously an issue on their end. Its frustrating. 

 

My fitbit charge 3 (which I just had replace in December - the old one stopped charging all together) all of a sudden will not charge past 10%, Ive tried two different charging cords. I made sure the charging pins were clean. Ive restarted it from the tracker itself and while it was plugged into the charge (which then drops it down to 5-6%). I let it sit on the charge for over an hour and still wont budge past 10%. Its frustrating
