Charge 3 difficulties with battery life

Charge 3 with constant red light on back. 100% battery but then switch’s off and says 1% battery tried restart and even tried uninstalling from phone and setting up as new. Still not working

My fitbit charge 3 has suddenly stopped holding any charge, within less than 2 hours of taking it off charge at 100% it drops down to 1% and shuts itself off. Plus the screen is not displaying correctly

I am really disappointed as it isn’t even 2 years old yet.

HELP!!!!!!
