Charge 3 dim screen and not charging

Hi all the screen display has gone really dim on my charge 3. 

I cant see the display to get to the settings to restore the brightness? 

Is there no other way to do? 

And also my charger has randomly stopped charging the watch?

Thanks for getting back to us @claireh0845. I´m sorry to hear your Charge 3 display is really dim and that it isn´t charging. 

Please restart your tracker in order to make it brighter. To charge your device again follow the instructions of help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
