I have a charge 3 and the display is very difficult to read, impossible in sun light. The top of the screen is virtually completely faded but the bottom isn’t as bad. I have to make a choice between whether I want to be able to see the time or my steps. If I’m outdoors in sunlight there’s no point trying to read it. I have to be indoors, the darker the better. I’ve tried a restart following advice on here and it made no difference. Very frustrating on times.

No I couldn’t get it fixed - they replaced the Fitbit when I contacted them and went through the issues.
