My charge 3 disconnects from Bluetooth, stop synching and iPhone doesn't recognize the charge 3. So I have to reinstall de charge 3 but after 12 hours I have to do it again. I've lost 2 nights of sleep tracking because of this and my burned calories are counted wrong due to the syncing error. I've been experiencing this for around a week. I'm running IOS 13.5 so I was advised to reinstall de app's I tried to reinstall many times throughout the week and the issue persist. I even rebooted the charge 3 but the issue remains. What should I do?

Why not try common troubleshooting steps.
First is to remove the tracker from your phones bluetooth. This does not require setting up the tracker.
I've also been told that clearing the phones cache also works with ios.
Also try stopping the Fitbit app?

I already removed the tracker from the bluethoot menu but forgot to mention that and it didn't solve the problem. I keep pairing the charge 3 again and after fews hours the charge 3 stop syncing it always shows "connecting.,..." and never connects

Removing the tracker does not require the user to pair the tracker, a step the user can not do. It also does not require the user to setup the tracker?
Have you tried stopping the app? Clearing cache?
