I am beyond frustrated at my Charge3. It is the only device that has pairing issues with my phone. This is especially prevalent when I am tracking a run. After my 2nd or 3rd mile it disconnects from my IPhone and stops tracking the run. This is VERY frustrating because I need this performance data as I train for races. If I try to run without the GPS, the run times incorrectly calculate, usually lowering my pace. Probably because it is miscalculating my stride length. So my fitness tracker is not doing a good job of actually tracking my fitness. I am at a loss.

Hi
I’m having the exact same issue and was wondering if the support team managed to resolve this problem? I went for a 10k run and the watch disconnected after 50 meters and never reconnected again. My map, pace, etc are all off. I wonder if I should just rerun the watch and look for something that actually works.
Many thanks!
BK

Hi there @BK-ML73, welcome on board. Thanks for the details provided about your situation.
If your Charge 3 keeps disconnecting from your phone's Bluetooth, follow the steps below:
1. Remove the Charge 3 from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Charge 3 as a replacement.
If you continue having syncing difficulties, please take a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
