I have removed the device from Bluetooth and added it back multiple times over the last 48 hrs and it is constantly saying not connected to Bluetooth. It drops it so much that time is always at least 20 -30 minutes off and it won’t sync. Each time it disconnects it forgets anything that synced the same day. Beyond frustrating. I do have my wireless ear buds for work connected during the day and have in the past had other devices connected and not had any issues with Charge 3 staying connected too.

No response from Fitbit?????? Customer service has declined! I’m stuck with a refurbished device that has suddenly stopped syncing and pairing with my phone, which causes it to not keep time so watch is off by several hours and no help. This will be my last Fitbit purchase. Multiple problems with last 2 devices. Done

I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max for over a year; had same items connected to Bluetooth all that time as Fitbit and never had a problem. Now the last couple weeks, my Fitbit charge 3 will not stay Bluetooth connected when everything else is not connected. It can’t be paired to get it to sync unless it’s plugged in and you fight with turning Bluetooth on/off; forget Fitbit device and get it back multiple times; it syncs then within 30 minutes, its disconnected again by itself from Bluetooth and watch part looses time. Couldn’t get it to sync/connect to Bluetooth
since last night, watch is now over an hour behind in time and I’m of course not getting notifications.

I’ve been doing these steps for over a week multiple times daily. It doesn’t help. My FitBit will NOT stay connected to Bluetooth. It takes 10 times or more of closing everything, forgetting the device on Bluetooth, then trying to get it to pair again. Once paired, after multiple attempts, it stays connected just long enough to sync and then it disconnects. I don’t have to time to do these things 10+ times a day to try and keep the Fitbit connected to Bluetooth. I haven’t been able to successfully pair/connect to Bluetooth since last night. Tracked time is now off by hours
