My charge 3 screen went dark at top left tried everything to sort it !! Contacted Fitbit support since my fit bit is out of warranty by 6 weeks got sent a discount code for 35% off new product. Been trying to order online and code doesn’t work !! After being on chat and telephone been told code won’t work as charge 4 is on sale with £10 off so my code won’t work been told I have to wait till 11th jan till sale ends, not a happy customer either save £10 or 35% off what would you pick !!! Don’t send codes if don’t work

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for the feedback. As Support explained the code can't be used with sales prices but I do appreciate your explanation. There should be a way to use the code and see the discounted price from normal prices on devices so I will pass this up to the correct channel.
