I have two recent problems:
1) Two black lines have appeared in the last week on the top of the screen. Resetting has not fixed it.
2) Since Friday night midnight the heart rate monitor has been tracking way too high. It shows peak/cardio rates through the night and all day Saturday and Sunday (today). I have turned the heart rate monitor on & off and reset from the device and via the charging station. Nothing has fixed it.
This is the 3rd Charge 3 I have had since 12/18 and the 2nd one replaced in under a year. Now what?

Welcome to the Community, @Kkdoit.
I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix these display and heart rate issues.
About the display, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there. Now about the heart rate, it can be affected by several factors including air temperature, stress level, physical body position, and medication use.
If you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause. See our help article for more information: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂
