Hi i have my Fitbit since Sept 2019. I have two black horizontal lines on my screen en since 3 days my device stopped recording my heart rate.
I have reset my device several times, rebooted. Checked settings on clock face, heart rate is on, and rebooted; nothing worked. It gets a bit annoying now, a few months ago heart rate went through the roof even when sleeping it stated cardio rates, this is a recurring issue.
I wear band as advised never shower with it. I am getting fed up with this, the device should work as it should not with constant troubleshooting.
