The display on my Charge 3 has become very dim. I have a hard time seeing it in any light. I have tried adjusting the settings for brightness but nothing works. Ideas?

Hi @Hennismm, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen has become very dim and hard to read. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
