Charge 3 display corrupted and battery not staying charged.

I charged my battery on Sunday evening and by Tuesday night the battery was so low the charge stopped working. There are lines horizontally through the display as well and even though I’ve just charged it again, within a half hour the battery is down to 90%.

I'm having the same issue as well with the battery not holding a charge. After charging to 100% is drops down to 1% within 4 hours consistently. This started within the last two to three weeks ago. My firmware version is  28.20001.63.5

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the product is unless to me if it can't keep a charge. I've had the Charge 3 for over a year and had no charging issue until now.
