Charge 3 display fading on the sides

Hi,

 

My Charge 3's display is fading on both left and right side. It's extremely hard to read the text on the screen. Have tried resetting and restarting the watch several times per suggestion in the other help topics but can't seem to recover. Any idea what's going on?

I have the same problem, except mine is fading across the middle.
