Charge 3 display has 3 white lines

I had to charge my Fitbit and when it was complete as soon as I took it off the charger it has 3 white lines on the screen. It has a hard time registering my touch in order to change tje screen as well so I can't even check my steps. Just purchased in June.

Hi @Vlasschaert86, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen has white lines and the touchscreen feature doesn't work properly.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have restarted my fitbit as well as changing the clock face which it was on the original factory setting to begin with and im still seeing tje white lines
