My screen is 'hung' on "Screen Wake" and "Notifications."  I cannot  seem to swipe the screen fact to any other screen, not time, or steps or anything.  Any tips?

I had to hold in the button for a few seconds and it “awoke”

Thanks for your reply.I did as you recommended, and smiley face was there. Only to find that:1. There is no buzz when the charger clips in. 2. Once smiley face disappears, all is dark, which I assume is because battery is flat. 3. I even tried to use a new charger. It doesn't charge. Device faulty? Where can I take the Fitbit Charge 3 for repairs? I got it in Dubai in January. I live near Johannesburg in South Africa. Any Idea? Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
