My Charge 3 has several black lines on the screen that make very difficult to read it and the heart and the sleep trackers stopped to work; the black lines problem is getting progressively worse and yesterday the 2 tracker (sleep and hearth rate) stopped to work. The green light of the Hearth rate tracker stopped also.

If your tracker's display is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

About the sleep, if  your tracker isn't registering your heart rate, it won't be able to recognize your sleep. Please follow the steps in the article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?.
