I’ve had this charge 3 for a very long time I think 2 years but at the start of the first lockdown it was fine but then I couldn’t find it for about 4 months turns out it was at the back of my cupboard and then it wouldn’t work it won’t connect to my phone and the display is black but when I hold the die button it vibrates that’s all it does I’ve seen a few things where holding down the button 8 seconds while in charge resets it but that didn’t work also I can’t change the face because it won’t connect
any help
