I’ve had my charge 3 for some time and haven’t had any unsolvable issues until recently. I usually wear my charge 3 all day every day, unless it’s being charged, but I haven’t worn my Fitbit for a week following a surgery. When I took it off the charger the other day the display was very dim. I could barely even see the clock face in the dark. I did attempt to reboot the watch several times, as well as do the hard reset. After reading some other posts here, I also tried changing the clock face and changing the brightness from auto to normal, which made it a bit brighter and slightly more readable; however, now the display shows that some parts of the screen are brighter than others. Almost as if it has a real life vignette filter like from Instagram. It sat on my counter for almost two weeks after my surgery, so it isn’t like it’s been hit on something or anything like that.
please help 🙂

Check if it is in Sleep Mode, keeping the display dim.
