Charge 3 display is faded

After 18 months of owning a Fitbit charge 3, the display on the screen is faded even when set at maximum brightness. I can't read the display at all during daytime. I read in the community forum to reboot when there is such a problem. I did this several times but it does not rectify the problem. My warranty for one year is over. I am sending this from Malaysia.

The thread was not useful. I could not do live chat from my country
Malaysia and I don't have a twitter account to directly message Fitbit. I
also re started my fitbit but it does not work.

@Maryjoseph, thanks for your reply!

If you go to this link, you should be able to find an option to chat at least during operation hours. But if you encounter difficulty, I have created a case on your behalf but take into consideration that due to recent events affecting our operations, they could take a bit longer to get back to you.

See you around.
