Hi, I bought my Charge 3 last December 2019 and now it started fading starting on the upper left part of the screen. I already tried restarting the device and even tried changing clock faces thinking it was the issue.

I had something similar so FItbit replaced it under the warranty. Sadly that one developed different faults. FItbit are looking i to it but say it’s a known issue and they cannot say when it will be corrected.

If it started after the recent update then there are others that complain about the same thing. After the recent update Charge 3 device screens start to dim. They will not resolve the issue or replace the device. I bought mine in February 2019 and they still will not replace the device.

Im on my 2nd charge3. The first was replaced under warranty when the screen went blank. Within a few months, my 2nd one had grey lines across the screen. Then the screen got dimmer and dimmer (I realize now that it coincides with the update). Now the screen is completely blank. Yet I get random notifications buzzing all the time. For no reason. I’ll never buy another FitBit. It’s a known issue that they haven’t resolved and haven’t taken care of their customers.
