Hi my charge 3 has gradually (over the last 3 weeks) lost more and more lines of pixels across the display screen so that the time is now virtually unreadable and it is spreading further down the screen. I have tried resetting it several times but nothing has worked. Can you help?

Hi @Itsallabouttheb, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it's losing lines of pixels across the screen. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having this same issue. Have read about it in other forum here too and tried all of the steps to reboot etc with no success. What now? I can only read my Fitbit screen in a dark room??

I've been a user for a very long time and this issue keeps coming up for me to. Tried all the cures several times on several devices. Think this falls into the planned break and replace program. Im looking for something else to use. Sorry I could not be of help. Keep moving...

Same thing happened to me. Also the number of floors is very wrong. I got 92 today and did maybe 6.
