Hello @Amerz81. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Please note that our team is always working to enhance your experience and your feedback is a big part of that process.

I'd like to let you know that I was able to see that you contacted our Support Team back in January and I noticed that they sent you an email on January 15th requesting some information to proceed with your replacement. If you didn't receive that email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.

If you can't find the email, I recommend replying back to your case or contact them one more time through chat or over the phone, but take into consideration that Phone wait times are longer than normal and for a faster service I recommend initiating a chat.

See you around.

Hopefully, when they see your post someone will reach out to you. If not
you should think of it’s yo should take since it is still under warranty.
Good luck--

My Charge 3 has the gray screen with stripes. I've tried the resets and it didn't work. How do I get it fixed?

Thanks

If under warranty call Fitbit and speak to a real person. If not they may
give you a discount off a new one.--

I just had this happen to me today for the 1st time. Battery had lowered to 6% before I recharged it.

Once I removed it, the vertical grey/white stripes appeared.
Tried the "best solution".  My experience mirrored the solution EXCEPT FOR the "Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration."  Never got that.  Did get the 7 buzzes as a horizontal line made its way across the page.

Any other possible solution?

My stripes are gone but so is the rest of the screen. The screen is black.

Pretty much the only solution is "replace your Charge 3".  Mine started that when I did the "firmware update" - and from the timelines of all the complaints at the same time, there was something in the update that killed the displays. I now have a Charge 4; no problems thus far.

How long have you had your Charge4? My Charge3 started going bad after about 1.5 years.

I had this one for about 18 months before it got this problem. I now have the Fitbit charge 4 after contacting Fitbit they offered me a replacement for 50% discount.
