The same gray streaks are now occurring on my the screen after charging my charge 3. I’m hoping you can assist me with this I have tried the restart with no success. My charge 3 is only 10 months old. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the key to a fix is whether u r still under warranty or not.
If yes, call customer service and speak to a real person. They are decent
and will ask u a few question then approve a new one. If not u r screwed.

Thanks, Jim. Luckily, I just found my original receipt, and it looks like I’ve only had the charge 3 for 10 months so still within the one year warranty. I will definitely call customer service. Thanks again!

Thanks, Jim, but I am already screwed. I’ve had my C3 about 1.5 yrs. I’ll use it for now but I am considering another brand for the future.

Call Fitbit and they will exchange yours if it’s under a year old. Don’t wait too long or you’ll miss the time.

My understanding is if your Fitbit is under warranty they will replace it.

Mine was 15 months old and the second one to do it. None of the troubleshooting works.

I bought mine directly from Fitbit so they had all the records. They offer a discount because it’s out of warranty. Since yours is less than a year, call them. It should be under warranty for a year.

Out of warranty by 3 months! They offer a discount. Tried to tell me it was not a known problem!! I reminded them this is my 2nd one to do it and this community itself shows its prevalent!!

Call Fitbit. If you aren’t satisfied with initial offer, ask to speak to a supervisor. If you are within one year of purchase, they’ll replace it, if not, they will offer a time-limited discount offer.

Good luck

You will not fix it. If under warranty call Customer Service and speak to a
real person. They are nice, will ask a few questions and will approve a new
one. Good luck

Thank you, Jim, but unfortunately mine is already out of warranty. Will use mine for a while longer but will explore other brands. I also still have a problem with notifications that was never resolved. And now the wristband broke. My C2 worked much better.
