Charge 3 display is grey

I have just charged my Charge 3 and the screen has gone from black to grey with vertical stripes .I have tried rebooting and plugging the charger in again but the screen is still the same.TIA for any help

Mine still is gray with vertical streaks after following all the recommendations.  Any more suggestions?  This is for the Charge 3.

I would recommend calling Customer Service and explain what the problem is
and what steps you have tried to deal with the grey/striped screen. They
will probably ask you to try another trick and hopefully approve a new
Fitbit.

I would do the live chat, they were very helpful & quickly deduced that I needed a replacement Charge 3. They sent me the link and I had a new device in about a week.

There is nothing u can do expect call Customer Service and speak to a
person. Explain your issue. She will ask you to try a few tricks then
probably approve a new Fitbit. Good luck.

See my post from November. You need to contact customer service. They will confirm you need a replacement. Mine came super fast. Good luck.

Looks like you got your answer!  I called customer service, did all their suggestions and then they sent a new piece!

Spoke to CS this morning, they are sending me a new pebble. Thank you for all your help!

If so call the Fitbit customer service, they replaced the device. They were
very good about it.

Because they are guilty and knew it would fail and choose not to do or say anything, hoping warranty period will run out!

Hi my screen is doing the same thing, it's gray with white stripes, I've rebooted it several times. Has anyone had their problem resolved? What can I do next?

If you read the thread above you'll see that a few if us went through the trouble shoot with online chat & then had a replacement sent. It was inconvenient but relatively quick. Good luck.

Contact fit bit. They replaced mine after I had exhausted all possible
fixes. I think this version has a history of grey screens.
