Charge 3 display is grey

I have just charged my Charge 3 and the screen has gone from black to grey with vertical stripes .I have tried rebooting and plugging the charger in again but the screen is still the same.TIA for any help

Correct. My experience with customer service was OK. After a brief
discussion she approved a new one, and it was delivered in a week or so

You are not alone. Call Customer Service. They will ask you a few questions
and ask u 2 try a few tricks but in the end they will approve a new Fitbit.
Takes a week or so 4 a new one

Just contacted customer service, they had me send a picture of my screen, they are replacing it for free. Found out my warranty is up Jan 8th, so happy I called when I did..

I called customer service, they were great! Just had me send a picture of my screen with a note with the claim number and my info. They looked up my phone info, my warranty runs out on Jan 8th. So glad I didn’t wait to call. New screen is on its way! 🙂

Mine was hard to shut off too.. I tried many times and eventually it
worked. Just keep the bottom strongly pressed til it works.

Hi - I’ve got the same problem with my charge 3 - Grey screen with vertical lines following charging. Have tried the short and long resets but didn’t work. Any other suggestions please?

Hi! I just got my new screen from them... I got a black one but anyway it's
better than what I had cause I couldn't use it anymore.

Don't wait longer and contact them! Good luck.

You can not fix it. Call Customer Service ASAP They will ask a few
questions then approve a new one. You are not the 1st with this issue.

Yes, call customer support and get a new Fitbit, now mine is getting worst and some of the functions are not working. The rep told me that they are aware they are having problems with their screens. My new one arrives today, can’t wait!

The same has happened to me too my Charge 3 screen has gone light grey and striped

 

. I've tried changing the clock face and the long restart as described but these actions haven't fixed it. Could someone very kindly let me have customer services email? Thank you.

Call customer service and speak to a real person. You will get a new one in
