I've tried to restart my fitbit 3 at least 10 times using the methods provided - either changing the clock face or holding down the button for 15 seconds will it is plugged in to the charger. However nothing is displaying!

It is vibrating and the details are syncing onto my phone - so it's obviously working behind the scenes!
