My Charge 3 is less than 1 year old. Screen has become pixelated with black lines across it. Is there a fix for this or should I submit claim for a replacement?

The same thing has since happened to me! I’ve done the long reset, the short rest, and I’ve changed my clock screen, made sure sleep mode is off and that my brightness is up. No change. Please help Fitbit!

I have black lines across my screen. I have tried reboot and long restart. My Charge 3 is less than a year old. I would like a repair or replacement. I have been bouncing around for 20+ minutes trying to find how to get a return authorization. How do I get warranty service?
