Got a Charge 3 as a gift but can hardly read it due to dimness and font size.  Is there a way to increase brightness and/or change font? Or does this mean it's not working and I should return it? If so, how do I do that?

Hi there @Grammachu, welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

Regarding the brightness, from the clock screen, swipe down and open the Settings app the brightness setting to adjust it. Also, check if the Sleep option isn't turned. To do so, press and hold the buttons to access that setting. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

 

As for the font size, at this time there's no way to change it. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. I'd suggest adding your comment and vote to this feature: Increase Font Size for Charge 3. To learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed, visit our FAQs.
