Charge 3 display is too dim

The display is unreadable today, it was fine yesterday. Is this the fitbit or some central problem. I have had this fitbit for only a few weeks, it has been replaced about 5 times due to display issues.

Check that you are not in Sleep Mode, keeping display dim.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Not in sleep mode but thanks for your reply. Will contact customer support again.

This happened to my Charge3 after the last hardware update. I was given a discount coupon to buy another Charge3. I didn’t use it after others were mentioning same problems on their replacement devices. I ordered an Inspire2. If this one fails I’m totally done with Fitbit. I am planning to send a letter with my bricked device back to FitBit for them to see what their brilliant hardware upgrade did to it. This upgrade turned a perfectly working Charge3 to basically a fancy Flex.
