My charge 3 started displaying lines then won’t charge at all. I have cleaned both charger and watch carefully with alcohol, rebooted from my wrist and restarted from the charger. I have plugged the usb into my pc instead. Nothing works. The watch face shows a battery with an exclamation mark in the middle. Even when on the charger in the correct position it does not vibrate or charge. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3's display has developed lines and it won't charge at all, I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. Thanks for your efforts in troubleshooting your tracker prior to posting here.
