Today my 18 month old Fitbit Charge 4 battery fell to 1% after being fully charged overnight. The top half of the display is now not legible. I have recharge to 100% and rebooted it but the top half of the screen is still not legible. Any suggestions to restore the screen?

Thank you. I was mistaken, it's a Charge 3 not 4.
