My charge 3 display has gone blank it's not showing anything, but the device is syncing to my phone and when I press the side button it's vibrating and the green light on the back side is also working.
Tried some of the remedies recommended in the community,
- Connected to the charger, to reboot long pressed the left side button for 8 seconds I heard 2 vibrations that's it my display didn't come back tried this for few times.
- Changed the clock face
Nothing worked. Do you'll have any other suggestions?

Hi @AnaFitbit I clicked on the above link looks like the live chat function doesn't work. Because it says "Sorry that page is following a different trail" and redirects to the home page.

@AnaFitbit tried many times to join the chat it's taking ages to connect, tried many times in the past few days. Even now it's been over 4 hours still waiting for the next available agent. Isn't there any other efficient solutions?
