I updated my Charge 3 when I received the notification. Once I updated I had problems with my heart rate not syncing which caused my sleep to not be properly tracked. I was planning on looking up this issue this morning but now I can't even connect to my watch. The charge was low so I put it on a charger. When I went to put it back on my list I now see one horizontal line across the screen, it will not wake/respond to any taps and it is not seen by my app/phone.
What kind of QA was done on this upgrade prior to release because it seems to have caused nothing but issues.

It didn't "go" anywhere.
Support's answer was "gosh that's horrible that our poorly written and improperly QA'ed software update wrecked you Charge 3 which was functioning properly prior to the update. However, your warranty expired three months ago so you're completely out of luck. But, hey, I'm going to tell you that, to be nice, I'll send you a coupon (which was NEVER sent, BTW) for a discount on your purchase of a new fitbit which we will also probably crash with the next software update and refuse to support."
No answer on when a working OS would be released, no discount and no further communications. So I went with an apple watch. They back their products. 😞
